SunDeed LLC
Privacy policy
Solar Transfer AZ is operated by SunDeed LLC. This page describes what the website and the Solar Transfer AZ apps collect when an agent sends a solar transfer, and how that information is used. It was last updated on October 27, 2026.
What you send us
A transfer request can include the homeowner’s name, property address, phone, and email; notes about the solar system; the system type; a closing date; the solar company; your name, brokerage, email, and phone; and, if you add them, the buyer’s name, email, and phone. You can also attach a solar agreement, a statement, a lien or UCC filing, or another document. We use this to coordinate the transfer, assumption, or payoff with the solar company, lender, or servicer, and to show you status on the private link we send back.
Chat
If the on-site assistant is turned on, the messages in that conversation are stored so the desk can review them. We store a hash of the network address for rate limiting, not the address itself. The assistant is not a lawyer and does not see other people’s files.
Text messages
The request form has an optional checkbox for texts about that file. It is unchecked until you check it, and the request still sends if you leave it blank. If you text Ava at the Solar Transfer AZ number, that conversation is stored with your phone number, the same way a website chat is stored, and a member of our team can reply from the desk. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Texts are off until SunDeed LLC connects a texting account.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. The public site does not use advertising trackers. The apps do not ask for your location. Camera and photo access, on a phone, are used only if you choose to attach a picture or PDF. Status notifications on a phone are off until that feature is turned on, and we will ask before registering the device.
Who else may see a file
The coordination desk at SunDeed LLC sees the request. Hosting, email, and file storage providers process it so the site can run. If a customer-relationship or email-draft tool is connected for a file, the details needed for that file may be sent there. We do not give a file to a solar company except as part of the transfer you asked us to handle.
How long we keep it
A request stays on file while the closing is underway, and afterward, so the desk can still answer questions about that file.
Uploaded files stay on the website for 12 months after the request is closed, or after the last activity on the file if it goes quiet. After that, they are moved into secure company records rather than kept on the website. That move is a copy into company records. It is not a promise that the file is deleted.
Children
The service is for real estate agents and transaction coordinators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
Email info@solartransferaz.com to ask what we have on a file, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it when the closing work is finished. You can also read the support page and the terms of use.
