Terms of use

Solar Transfer AZ is operated by SunDeed LLC. These terms cover the website, the Solar Transfer AZ apps, and messages you send the desk. They were last updated on October 28, 2026. Using the site means you agree to them.

What we do

Our team of transfer specialists coordinates the solar piece of a real estate closing. That can mean a transfer, an assumption, or a payoff for a solar loan, a solar lease, a prepaid lease, or a system that is owned outright. We gather the file, talk with the solar company, lender, or servicer, and keep the agent posted.

We are not a lender, not a title company, not an escrow company, and not a law firm. We do not install solar, and we do not replace your broker or your title officer.

What we do not decide

A lender, servicer, solar company, or utility decides whether an account can transfer, what it costs, and how long it takes. Title and escrow have their own requirements. We can't guarantee a result. Always double-check with your lender so they have the proper information and an up-to-date policy, and the transfer can go as smoothly as possible.

Ava

Ava is the Solar Transfer AZ AI assistant. Her answers are general information about solar on a home sale. They are not legal, tax, credit, or lending advice, and they are not a promise about a particular file. Please confirm with your lender so they have the proper information and their latest policy. Results aren't guaranteed. A person from our team can follow up in the same conversation. Ava does not see other people’s files.

What you send us

You agree to give information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including the property, the homeowner, and what you know about the solar system. Upload only documents you are allowed to share, such as a solar agreement, a statement, or a lien or UCC filing for a file you are working. Do not send someone else’s paperwork unless you have permission to share it.

Text messages

We are not sending text messages yet. Texts stay off until SunDeed LLC connects a texting account. When that is on, the request form will have an optional checkbox for texts about that file. It stays unchecked until you check it, and the request still sends if you leave it blank. Checking it is your consent to receive those texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You can also email the team. Consent to texts is not required to use the website or to send a request.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, SunDeed LLC and the Solar Transfer AZ team are not liable for a lender’s, servicer’s, solar company’s, utility’s, title company’s, or escrow company’s decision, delay, or fee. We are not liable for a transfer that does not close, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing on this page limits liability that Arizona law does not allow us to limit.

Arizona law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without using another state’s conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
